The Oregon Clean Fuels Program (CFP) Quarterly Update is a publication of Stillwater Associates LLC.  It is scheduled to be published along with Stillwater’s California Low Carbon Fuel Standard (LCFS) Quarterly Update two weeks after the California Air Resources Board releases its latest LCFS quarterly data.
